What products do you sell?
Each hand-painted furniture line includes picture frames, toy boxes, bookshelves, bookends, tables and chairs, rocking chairs, toy caddies, vanity tables and lamps.  Coordinated bedding and canvas wall murals matching each line finish the look.

What is your painting process?
All items are hand-painted and given two coats of protective clear coat.  We do not use paint pens, stencils or sprayers.

Can I see your products in person?
If you live in the St. Louis, MO area please call us at 1.877.ziglets to schedule an appointment to see our Design Showhouse.

What is your privacy policy?
During the course of doing business with us, we may ask you for personal information in addition to your payment information.  This is for our use only and we will not provide this information to any other party.  We make your privacy and security a priority.

Do you offer a baby registry?
Registering with three little ziglets is the perfect way to ensure a perfectly coordinated room for your baby!  You pick the design, and we'll help your friends and family choose distinctive gifts in a wide range of prices.

Can items be shipped to me?
Of course!  Shipping and handling rates vary based upon products and shipping location.

Will you take custom orders?
Right now, our full focus is on developing our new lines. With nine stylish patterns, we're confident that you will find something you love.

What is your return policy?
Most of our items are made to order and require payment in full at time of purchase.  Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be fulfilled.  Since these are hand painted items, there may be slight variations in color and/or patterns.  We make every effort to keep our images as accurate as we can.  However, paint colors and fabrics may appear different on your computer screen.  We strongly encourage you to request a swatch card through our contact page to confirm the paint and fabric selections.  Our items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How are your items shipped?
Our merchandise is packed with care and shipped via UPS.  In the rare case that something is damaged during shipping, please contact us to determine if repair or replacement is appropriate.  Some products will require assembly.  All items include directions, tools, and the necessary hardware to complete assembly.

How do you care for your products?
For painted items: please wipe gently with a soft damp cloth when needed.  Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaners on the painted surfaces as this can damage the finish.
For bedding:  most items are dry clean only.  Pillows may be spot cleaned.  Crib sheets may be gently laundered in warm water, and dried on low temperature setting taking care to remove them promptly.
